Fluted Bowfront Sideboard
The bowfront shape emerged in the Georgian period, particularly among the great cabinetmakers of that period. The curve maximizes usable surface and storage while demanding less floor space and being visually lighter. The hand-carved fluting along the apron emphasizes the verticality of this design and bridges Classical and Modern design.
